 Saya ingin menyampaikan kekutan dari sebuah kebersamaan. Sebaik-baiknya manusia di muka bumi ini adalah manusia yang dapat memberikan manfaat bagi orang lain. Jika setiap individu memberikan kecerdasan untuk memberi (giving question), maka akan tercipta hubungan harmonis di muka bumi ini. 

"Balighu anni walau ayah,.." artinya sampaikan olehmu walaupun satu ayat. Hal ini saya pahami,..  ketika masih berkiprah di Persit KCK Grup-1 Kopassus,... untuk selalu menyampaikan hal-hal positif  dan baik kepada orang lain, walaupun itu hanya hal-hal sederhana.  Vibrasi positif kita akan mewarnai perilaku dan interaksi keluarga.  Pasti Indah jika keluarga kita selalu mengeluarkan aura atau vibrasi positif. 

Turun Ke Bawah

Saat itu keadaan memaksa saya untuk belajar menjadi seorang pemimpin. Saya berusaha langsung turun ke bawah dan mengunjungi anggota sehingga saya tahu lebih banyak dan dapat berbuat lebih banyak untuk anggota saya. Misalnya berkunjung ketika ada anggota yang sakit.  Ternyata dengan bertatap muka secara langsung dengan anggota itu, saya menjadi tahu keluarganya tidak mampu berobat karena tanggungannya dirumah sangat banyak, sedangkan pendapatannya tidak cukup untuk berobat. 

Tanpa adanya keakraban, keramahan dan keterbukaan, maka organisasi akan gersang. Sebaliknya dengan suasana yang menyenangkan dan penuh tanggung jawab, insya allah organisasi akan bergerak positif dan manfaatnya dapat dirasakan oleh semua anggota. Organisasi itu ibarat sebuah keluarga. Di dalam berorganisasi, ada aturan-aturan yang berlaku tetapi bukan semena-mena. 

Seorang pemimpin yang baik tidak hanya bisa asal perintah, tetapi dia harus terlibat langsung dalam semua kegiatan organisasi. Dengan begitu akan tumbuh perasaan bekerja secara bersama-sama, untuk kepentingan bersama dan timbul loyalitas anggota terhadap organisasi itu sendiri. "Maka anggota tidak akan malas untuk melakukan karya bagi Persit kartika Chandra Kirana. Tidak ada perasaan karyanya sebagai beban melainkan sebagai buah dari kebersamaan."

Program Yang Mengena

Kebersamaan dapat diperoleh jika seroang pemimpin membuat suatu perencanaan atau program yang matang.  Mungkin dengan memberikan banyak keterampilan-keterampilan kepada anggota, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan, sehingga setiap anggota merasakan manfaatnya.

Persit KCK Meetings Work Program

Creating a healthy work environment is a competency that must be shared by all staff in each organization of Persit KCK. Included are Persit Staff and  Army wife officer. Staff Persit and  Army wife officer are required to have this capability because of the reality in the field,  they are cutting edge services to their members Persit... because Staff Persit and Army Wife Officer more "in touch" with members Persit KCK and their families.

Of these, Staff Persit and Army Wife Officer  should be able to start from within herself to create a healthy work environment. good communication skills, teamwork / collaboration actual decision making, setting an adequate workforce, mutual recognition and respect among staff Persit KCK, as well as a reliable leadership. It is nothing new when communication is the key answer to the most powerful tools in an interpersonal relationship, the communication sent a message and receiving messages reciprocal. Communication is considered a "weapon" most potent owned by a Staff Persit.

That would be my highlight here is mutual recognition and respect among staff, this aspect is very important and is a fundamental aspect in a relationship. Relationship without mutual respect would consider another superior and the other inferior make the relationship unhealthy working environment. Good relationship with fellow professional or inter-professional helself. Regarding the responsibility and competence, actually I will never hear the difference and have formulated far-away days earlier. But the reality on the ground is far from the truth. All went as it is, like the culture and customs of the  existing hundreds of years earlier.              

Fresh start is sometimes not easy, sometimes it takes a pretty strong effort to let go of personal interests, business aside, the interests and needs of the family kitchen. All that for the sake of progress Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana. There are several things that must be able to be done early to create a healthy work environment, particularly mutual respect and acknowledge among fellow Persit staff.

First, since the beginning of a candidate Persit Staff must be included and taught deeply and repeatedly. Keep in mind that their behavior and respect fellow Staff Persit is the most important thing. Do not look where they came from.

Second, role model and an example of the Senior Staff at Persit KCK should be able to give you an idea how fellow Staff Persit appreciate and recognize between each other. Wholeheartedly able to open up and share their knowledge to be together.

The third is to try to apply what they have learned as well as possible, work with a vengeance and become part of the system working in a balanced and professional.

Created a conducive working atmosphere, comfortable and full of family atmosphere.

Fourth, bring an understanding of mutual respect and acknowledge fellow Staff Persit into the world of work. Never easy fight, cooperate with each other, look after each other and communicate well. Do not blame others or even dropped Persit Staff reputation among staff.

Poco-poco Competition was held in commemoration of the anniversary Persit which falls precisely on the 3rd of April. Competition poco-poco dance was followed by a team Persit KCK Ranting 1, 2, 3, 4 Cabang II Grup-1 PCBS Kopassus. 

Present at the poco-poco dance competitions around the Soldiers, civil servants who served in the ranks of the board, members of a branch line of KCK Persit Group II-1 PCBs Kopassus.

Being Line Dance at Country Road Show Metro TV

Who does not know the country road show in Metro TV? Everyone in In  Indonesia surely knows about this show.

Dancing with the correct technique will look beautiful. Some time ago in a private TV aired the show "Going Country", with guests in studio dance. But many of those who apparently do not know the correct technique of dance, if only so they move the body, without rules. And the view is visible is a bewildering parade of bouncy body at once ludicrous.

Appreciate Country Music with Tantowi Yahya, featuring The Old Friend Band is no stranger to country music lovers as it also featured Joe Arkansas Country Band from Bandung, as well as country singer Pinky Warouw, Baby Astheria, Dinda and others.

CMCI Linedancer's led by Norma Sultje, featuring about forty linedancer. We Persit Staff and some of the dancers rampak drum vigorously performing in studio Metro Tv. Before the show, we were taught the dance line dance by  Norma Sultje.

~ Singer in Memories ~

Long ago, when I was in management of Persit KCK Special Froces Group 1st,  I Included someone who is very active. I have been always involved in any activities held by Persit Kopassus. And an each occasion  I was always  asked to sing. Both sing solo or accompanied the leader to sing.

One day,.. I was invited by the leader Persit KCK, Mrs. Renny Teddy Lhaksmana,..to joined the vocal group that she forms. This Vocal Group consists of 5 people of Persit,... They are Mrs. Renny Teddy Lhaksmana, Mrs. Nugroho, Mrs. Eddy Supriyanto , Mrs. Jono and of course Me as a Mrs. Lelly Akmil Satria. I  feel very proud and honored, gained the confidence to joint this vocal group. This vocal group later known as the singers KOPASSUS.

Every great event organized by Kopassus Cijantung, this vocal group always asked to sing. Moreover, only I was the youngest,.. newly married,.. Recently became Persit KCK Cab. II PCBS Kopassus,  and the rank of my husband was still  of "Second Lieutenant", and I have not much experience in Persit organization. Therefore,  I feel embarrassed at all, when it comes to talking to them, because they more senior. 

I always keep the attitude, words and my nature, I am always respect to them as a my Leaders and a seniors in order not to disappointment them. Although they treated me well, and is very dear to me,... sometimes they treated me like a child,.. Sometimes they treated me like a daughter or a child of their own. But that does not  make me a BIG HEAD, or do not make me do what I like to do. I realized who I am,.. And who's wife. I am always nice, friendly and polite. I also do not want to make my  husband shamed. Because I carry a Big name of My husband and family.

When the celebration of the 16th Annyversary Special forces at Cijantung-Jakarta, me and our vocals group participated in the event. At the appearance, we use white kebaya and batik cloth, to showing our love Indonesian products.  And One of the songs that we sang are "Songs for Soldiers" (Lagu Untuk Prajurit). When the first time I heard  the strains  of this song, which was sung by Mrs. Renny Teddy Lhaksmana,  when she introducing this song to me,.. I feel shudder, especially when sung with a full appreciation. This song became one of  my favorite song.

"Lagu Untuk Prajurit" was composed by Iwan Abdulrachman, one of the characters Indonesia Artists. He is more familiarly called "abah Iwan", born in sumedang, West Java, on 3 September 1947. He is a phenomenal writer of songs such as Mentari, Jasmine from Jayagiri, etc.. Legendary singer in the 70-80s range of Bimbo and Vina Panduwinata ever sing his songs. He was known as a lover of the environment. Alumni of the Faculty of Agriculture UNPAD is attended various military courses that take place in America, and England, and in Indonesia itself. He also became an honorary member KOPASSUS. 

At the age of 64 years stepped on, he did not just sit back on the porch, or struggling with a serious illness. Even the father of five children, has not wanted to stop up the mountain, although now no longer up to the top. Among the multitude of activities, the most important thing for him was grateful and pray. Until he kept trying to fill a life time with meaningful activities.

I hope this song can provide encouragement for soldiers training under conditions however. Until always "Ready!" Anytime and anywhere as well. Be patient and persevere ...., be patient and persevere.  Soldiers like bullets, press the trigger shot no doubt. The task at the behest. No matter what no matter who, what, how, when, where. God with us.

Wherever I go, you're always there

14 March 2008 in Memory,..

Minggu pagi,.. cuaca kota serang begitu cerah. Udara hari ini terasa sangat bersih dan segar. Sudah sejak subuh tadi, aku terbangun,... kemudian membersihkan seiisi rumah, sebelum suami dan anak-anakku bangun dari tidurnya. Setelah itu aku pergi ke kamar anak-anak, membangunkan mereka dengan lembut,... lalu memandikan mereka satu per satu.

Hari itu aku ada kegiatan mengikuti Olah raga bersama  dengan instansi-instansi pemerintah   banten, yang bertempat di Polda Banten. Karena itu aku harus mengurus anak-anakku sejak mulai pagi sekali. Aku berniat membawa serta  salah satu anak kembarku, Aldo. Sedangkan Aldi dan ferdi aku tinggal dirumah bersama pengasuhnya.

Sebenarnya jika harus memilih, aku lebih suka tidak berangkat ke acara tersebut, dan bisa punya banyak waktu untuk bersama ketiga anak-anakku. Tetapi aku tidak punya pilihan,.. Perintah Ketua adalah perintah yang harus aku laksanakan.  

Hari itu anak-anakku terlihat sangat manis dan lucu-lucu. Setelah mandi, berpakaian rapi dan wangi, aku meminta pengasuh untuk membawa ferdi dan aldi jalan-jalan di komplek perumahan kami, sambil sarapan pagi. Sedangkan aku mempersiapkan diri untuk berangkat ke kantor Persit KCK bersama Aldo. 

Kami berangkat bersama-sama pengurus Persit lainnya, menggunakan mobil Persit yang sudah disediakan. Di alun-alun kota cilegon, stelah memarkirkan mobil. Kami berkumpul untuk mengikuti kegiatan pagi itu.

Kegiatan hari itu tidak banyak, hanya senam aerobik, gerak jalan dan ramah tamah.  Meski sambil menggendong Aldo aku tetap melalui rentetan kegiatan hari itu dengan baik dan lancar. meski sedikit pegal dan kelelahan karena harus Jalan santai sambil menggendong bayi. Rute jalan santainya lumayaaaaannnnn bangetttttt.... hehehe,... 

Meski sepanjang jalan si kecil Aldo tetap terlelap dalam tidurnya. Sesekali ada beberapa anggota kopassus yang kasihan melihat aku kelelahan dan menawarkan menggendong Baby Aldo. Akhirnya masa penyiksaan berakhir sudah ketika kaki melangkah mencapai garis finish.

Art of Rampak Bedug Kopassus

 

This time I would like  to share a story, about one of my activities as a Persit KCK Group-1 Kopassus. That is as one  of the players Rampak Bedug or Rampak Drum in April 2004, elected directly by the leader of Persit, Mrs. Renny Teddy Lhaksmana. Rampak Bedug is under the directions of Mrs. Renny Teddy Lhaksmana, She was initiated the culture Rampak Bedug to  be displayed again.

Bedug or Major drum is very familiar to Indonesia people. In each the mosque is almost a Bedug or Major drum,  as an information tool for every moslem to worship or prayer. Rampak bedug is one of the unique art Banten, society Banten obliged to preserve it. For that Group-1 Kopassus playing an active role in preserving the culture of typical Banten.

And then the soldiers and Persits, They are trained to be able to played Rampak Bedug, and as result  they were able to do all that. With Persit flexibility while dancing and beat the major drum or bedug, and also with the soldiers stout  in hitting the major drum or bedug with a distinctive style strapping a soldier, who is also flexible in typical commando warrior dance.

Rampak Bedug  Special  Forces Group-1 is often performed at prestigious events, national and international scale. As in the Grand Opening F-1 event, in Sentul jakarta several years ago, continued  performing at  the Presidential Palace-Jakarta, at TMII-Ancol-Jakarta, Bogor State Palace in Cipanas, and many others events.

All that can go well and successful, because to the direction, guidance and motivation provided by our chairman of Persit KCK Special Forces Group-1,.. Dangrup-1 and their staffs. Rampak Bedug Special Forces Group-1 consists of 20 Soldiers   of Kopassus and 20 Persits. They got extra hard training and discipline, all due  because to the cold hands of our coach "Kang Epul and his team", who came from Pandeglang, banten. Rampak bedug is also collaborated with solo organ played by Mr. Dudi or sometimes Mr. Rudi.

This rampak bedug is a rare collaboration, The only one in Indonesia. Since Then, rampak Bedug it is getting popular in own Banten people. And now, many government agencies are following in our footsteps in the show Rampak Bedug.

So that is a little story about Rampak Bedug, as my Experience. I am very proud to have been a part of the Rampak bedug, which has made my life experiences become more meaningfull.

Being Persit KCK Grup-1 Kopassus Serang

Being Persit KCK Group-1 Kopassus is my pride, memories that I will never forget, because too many sweet and wonderful memories during my life there. The people are friendly and nice. Being a KCK Persit ... made ​​me learn to be more resignation, courage, sincerity and surrender to what God outlined for me.

Love and be loved is the desire of every human being, especially if you can spend the whole entire time living as a couple. Married. Received the blessing of God and country, then you can be happy together forever. Marrying a soldier means being prepared everything. the same as being a hero does not have a degree. You will be willing to sacrifice everything, even 'destroy' private life and privacy for the sake of  your beloved husband. After marriage, sacrifice and struggle for households will increase. Assignments carried obliging husband to move where he stayed until retirement. When the husband department, as the wife we ​​should not be too long to stay in the family home. You should faithfully follow and be with him at the home office.

Classic problem that always occurs at all levels of the organization persit. Since the first time my mother-in-law became PERSIT KCKC until now,.. a soldier's wife must be having this problem. Disparity, discrimination, difference in status between the members with members, with the board members..., the board with the board, or the board with chief and chief with members. And this could happen. The question is, why did this happen ...?


The cause is a lack of mental maturity of the organization, because they feel the rank of they husband higher, so she acted arbitrarily  to others army wife who rank husband lower. Or because they feel more educated, she feel most intelligent than the other army wives. There is also a very young age army wife, but her husband prospective commander, so she  doesn't want to respect others who are older than her. This shows the lack of maturity of the soul, that would cause problems in Organizations.

Perhaps the impact of the organization are the usual things that happen in every organization, .. because after all we are human beings who never stop make mistakes, ..  which is coming from a family background, culture, and education are different. but all differences can certainly be overcome by wise, if we realize that we are all working in one container organization of Persit  Kartika Chandra Kirana.

My experience as Persit KCK member, .. makes me think that in life we must be able to organize themselves after each other and keep the feelings of others, we present karma and are in containers so called organization. We came up with different traits, both the character and nature. However, ... although different, will be able to come together and unite with a foundation of mutual respect, love and care for each other, so that we can co-exist ..

Selfish, selfish, feeling more than anything else will ruin the life of the organization. Because there are those who feel defeated, disrespected even feel offended

I realize that within the organization there is no success  generated by one person alone. Organize a work team / collective, that everyone should be able to feel responsible for the task. Being a Persit ... made ​​me learn tuk be more resignation, courage, sincerity and surrender to what God outlined for me and my husband's career. All the experiences that we have already passed is a picture for the future.
